Subscription regulations

​

1. Classes take place at the Feel it Therapy office in Warsaw at aleja Jerozolimskie 87.

2. Registration takes place at the reception, by phone at no. 609-505-600, or on-line at www.feelit-therapy.pl 

3. The training requires a sports outfit that does not restrict movement. The exercises are performed barefoot . 

4.The Premium subscription gives access to:

* Two monthly visits for a period of 12 months: physiotherapy / massage or training

* Discount 10% on Run and Swim Fitting

* Discounts on insoles 10%

The cost of each additional visit is PLN 130

5.Basic subscription gives access to:

* One visit per month for a period of 12 months: physiotherapy / massage or training

* The cost of each additional visit is PLN 140

* The package is valid from the date of purchase.

6. In both subscription options, it is possible to suspend the subscription period for 30 days,

which extends its duration by this period

7. A client who has not used the visits planned for a given month loses the right to attend unused classes; in accordance with      _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5-136bad5c78-bb3b58bad5b58bad5b58bad5b58bad5-136bad5-136bad5 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ regulations, Feel it Therapy is not obliged to refund the customer  fees for unused classes. Unused visits,

are not cumulative . 

8. The trainer / physiotherapist is obliged to start the visit on time. In case of delay, the trainer / physiotherapist is obliged to complete the classes full-time, .  

9. The client is obliged to appear on time for the visit. In case of delay, the time of the visit may be shortened by the time of the client being late.

10. The client may cancel the booked visit in person or by phone, at least 24 hours before the date of the visit.

11.If the client does not come to the visit without canceling it within the allotted time, the visit is deemed to have been carried out .  

12. The client is obliged to inform the trainer / physiotherapist about any health problems,

in order to adjust the type of exercises and their intensity to the health condition of the exerciser.

13.If the client's ailments are revealed during the Training, the trainer has the right to suspend the training and ask the client for a medical consultation and provide an appropriate medical certificate that there are no contraindications to exercise.

this type of physical activity, otherwise it may refuse to continue training.

14. Feel it therapy shall not be liable for any damage to the client's person, in particular for injuries and health complications, if they are not their fault.

15. The subscription cannot be used by other people.

Regulations for the 5-visit package

​

1. Classes are held at the Feel it Therapy office in Warsaw at aleja Jerozolimskie 87.

2. Registration takes place at the reception desk or by phone at no. 609-505-600. 

3. The training requires a sports outfit that does not restrict movement. The exercises are performed barefoot . 

4. The proportions of physiotherapy to medical training are selected individually.

5. During the package, it is possible to change the proportion of physiotherapy to medical training, depending on the needs and preferences of the client.

6. The term for the use of packages is 3 months *

* The package validity is counted from the day of the first class, payment is made at the office reception.

1. The Customer who has not used the Package within the time provided for him loses the right to participate in unused classes; in accordance with the regulations, Feel it Therapy is not obliged to reimburse the client for unused classes .  

2. The trainer / physiotherapist is obliged to start the visit on time. In case of delay, the trainer / physiotherapist is obliged to complete the classes full-time, .

If the client's ailments are revealed during the Training, the trainer has the right to suspend the training and ask the client for a medical consultation and provide a relevant medical certificate that there are no contraindications for this type of physical activity, otherwise he may refuse to continue training. Then, the training is settled and the value of unused training is returned to a gift voucher, valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue. 

8. Feel it therapy is not responsible for any damage to the client's person, in particular for injuries and health complications, if they are not their fault. 

9. The package cannot be used by other people.
