Voucher for Run Fitting
Testing the range of mobility, muscle efficiency and functionality in terms of running. Additionally, a video analysis of the running on a mechanical treadmill is performed. The study is carried out and analyzed by the physiotherapist. Then the client trains (at a different time) with a motor preparation trainer. Your training session is structured around a test report identifying the weak points you need to improve in order to improve your running performance and avoid injuries. After the first training session, you go out with the "tools" to do your own work. You can continue the improvement process under our supervision (motor training, physiotherapy and running technique training), or try to eliminate your deficiencies on your own.
NOTE: The training takes place on a different date than the test. Arranging the date of training takes place after the test
