Terapeuta po wywiadzie ocenia potrzeby danej osoby i proponuje odpowiednie leczenie. W zależności od problemu, terapia trwa od 1 do 5 a czasami do 10 sesji. Leczenie obejmuje w zależności od schorzenia: badanie diagnostyczne, terapię manualną, masaż, techniki mobilizacyjne, powięziowe a także zalecenia ćwiczeń.

The therapist, after an interview, assesses the person's needs and suggests appropriate treatment. Depending on the problem, therapy lasts from 1 to 5 and sometimes up to 10 sessions. Treatment includes, depending on the condition: diagnostic examination, manual therapy, massage, mobilization and fascial techniques, and exercise recommendations.
